Buffalo Burrata is a fresh cheese made from buffalo milk, consisting of an outer shell of spun dough, thin and elastic with a fibrous and slightly melting structure, which contains strands of spun dough and cream (stracciatella). The inside has a soft, creamy texture and a sweet, delicate flavour typical of cream.
