This is the first Buffalo mozzarella from Campania PDO packaged Evo cup, to protect the taste and the environment: Greta, to us, represents the tangible encounter between tradition, research & development and sustainability, taking up the message of the famous, young activist for environmental protection.
Buffalo mozzarella from Campania PDO is a fresh, soft-spun dough cheese made exclusively from whole buffalo milk. ABC’s Buffalo mozzarella from Campania PDO is made from fresh, hand-spun buffalo milk from our farms. The buffalo milk is slowly pasteurised and processed with the addition of a natural whey starter, salt and rennet.
It is made without the use of preservatives and contains no gluten.
GRETA mozzarella is packaged in an Evo cup, immersed in its preserving liquid, creating a totally safe and ideal environment for its storage and transport. Evo cup is an unalterable and totally recyclable material, which ensures the shelf life of the product and avoids excessive packaging that is difficult to dispose of, in line with the circular economy.
For specific needs, GRETA can also be packaged in buckets made of food-grade paper (C/PAP81), which can be recycled according to European standards.
