Buffalo mozzarella from Campania PDO is a fresh, soft spun dough cheese made exclusively from whole buffalo milk. Buffalo mozzarella from Campania PDO by ABC is made by processing fresh milk from our farms on the daily through hand spinning. The buffalo milk is slowly pasteurised and processed with the addition of natural whey starter, salt and rennet.
It is made without the use of preservatives and contains no gluten.
Smoking with beech wood gives the rind a brownish colour and a pleasant, unobtrusive aroma.
